- Avoid spraying cosmetic products directly on the fur such as perfume, hair spray, etc.
- If you get your jacket get wet, simply shake the fur, removing as much water as possible and hand to dry at a room temperature. Please do not use hair dryer.
-Use broad padded hanger and store in the darkest, coolest closet. Do not use a plastic garment bag to store your fur, natural fur needs air circulation to breathe and avoid drying out.
-We recommend to clean your fur once a year by professional furrier cleaner.

Most of our jackets are already available in our showroom, which means your order will be shipped within approximately 3 days from the moment it is placed.

If a specific piece is not in stock, it will be handcrafted from the beginning — this process requires 5 to 6 days.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Fast Shipping, ensuring safe and quick delivery to your destination.

Please note that shipping prices may increase for certain models, especially those that are longer or heavier, due to their weight and dimensions.
